These Subscription Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of a paid Getaways NI email subscription through the StaycationsNI website.
By subscribing to Getaways NI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Getaways NI
Getaways NI is a curated email service provided by Michelle Davis, trading as StaycationsNI / Getaways NI.
Getaways NI brings together selected getaway ideas, offers, travel deals, accommodation, experiences and other relevant travel content, with the aim of making it easier for subscribers to find and book their next getaway.
Where an offer is provided by a third-party accommodation provider, travel company, experience provider or other supplier, the booking may be subject to that supplier's own terms and conditions.
2. What your subscription includes
Your Getaways NI subscription provides access to curated email content, which may include:

selected accommodation offers and getaway deals;

travel deals and offers;
-
girls' weekends, hen parties and special occasion ideas;
-
experiences and activities;
-
seasonal offers and recommendations;
-
exclusive or subscriber-only offers where available; and
-
other travel inspiration and information selected by Getaways NI.
We aim to send approximately two emails per week, although this is not guaranteed and the frequency may vary from time to time.
We reserve the right to change the content, format or frequency of the emails where reasonably necessary.
3. Subscription price
The Getaways NI subscription costs £15 per year, unless another price is clearly displayed at the time you subscribe.
The applicable price will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change the subscription price for future subscription periods. If your subscription is set to renew automatically, we will provide appropriate notice of any price change before the new price applies.
4. Automatic renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew for a further 12-month period unless you cancel before your renewal date.
You will be charged the applicable subscription price using your chosen payment method.
We will provide appropriate information about the renewal and how to cancel in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through the payment provider displayed at checkout.
By submitting your payment details, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process your subscription payment and, where applicable, future renewal payments.
We do not have access to your full payment card details.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.
6. Cancellation
Where your subscription automatically renews, you may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next annual payment.
To cancel a subscription, please cancel in writing to info@staycationsni.co.uk. Your cancellation will be confirmed back in writing.
Cancellation of your Getaways NI subscription will not automatically cancel any separate booking you have made with a hotel, travel company, experience provider or other third party. Any such booking must be cancelled directly with the relevant supplier in accordance with its terms.
7. Your statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription or receive a refund, those rights will apply regardless of anything stated elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, information about cancellation rights and any cooling-off period will be provided to you before or at the time you subscribe.
8. Offers and availability
Getaways NI provides information and highlights offers from third-party suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Getaways NI does not guarantee that:

an offer will remain available;
-
a particular price will remain available;
-
accommodation or travel will be available on your preferred dates;
-
an offer will be available to every subscriber; or
-
a third-party supplier will accept a booking.
Prices, availability, dates, restrictions and other terms may change and may be subject to availability.
Where you wish to book an offer, you should check the supplier's current price and terms before completing your booking.
9. Third-party suppliers and bookings
Where you click through from a Getaways NI email or website to book accommodation, travel, an experience or another service, the booking may be made directly with a third-party supplier.
The contract for that booking may therefore be between you and the relevant supplier rather than between you and Getaways NI.
The supplier's own booking terms, cancellation policy and other conditions will apply to that booking.
Getaways NI is not responsible for changes, cancellations, service issues or other matters relating to a third-party booking where Getaways NI is not the provider of that service.
Where Getaways NI receives a commission or other commercial benefit from a booking or referral, this will not increase the price you pay unless clearly stated otherwise.
10. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care when selecting and presenting offers and information.
However, third-party prices, availability, booking conditions and other details can change.
If you notice an error or outdated information, please let us know and we will take reasonable steps to correct it.
11. Email delivery
You must provide an accurate email address when subscribing.
We are not responsible for emails that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect email address, full inbox, email filtering, spam settings or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You can unsubscribe from Getaways NI marketing emails at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails may affect your ability to receive the benefits of the Getaways NI subscription.
12. Intellectual property
The Getaways NI name, branding, written content, graphics and other original materials produced by Getaways NI remain the property of Michelle Davis.
You may use the emails and information provided for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit Getaways NI content without our written permission.
13. Changes to Getaways NI
We may make reasonable changes to the Getaways NI service, including changes to the content, features, email frequency, suppliers, offers or format.
If we make a material change that significantly affects your subscription, we will provide appropriate information and, where required by law, offer any applicable rights or remedies.
14. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate a subscription where:

payment is not received;
-
you misuse or commercially redistribute Getaways NI content;

you breach these Terms & Conditions; or
-
we need to discontinue the service.
Where we discontinue the service before the end of a paid subscription period, we will provide any refund required by applicable law and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
15. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This may include your name, email address, subscription information and payment-related information necessary to administer your subscription.

17. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of Northern Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your subscription will be the version in force when you enter into or renew your subscription, subject to any changes we are required or permitted to make by law.
The latest version will be published on the Staycations NI website.
