The Bakers Cottages
Set in the heart of the County Down countryside with views of the Mourne mountains and rolling hills, this 5* cottage was once the bakery for the local area, now sympathetically restored as luxury self-catering, sleeping up to six guests. An ideal, tranquil location for exploring the Mourne area of Outstanding Natural Beauty but also with easy access to Belfast. Whether you want to relax and unwind in peace and soak in the 6 person hot tub or explore the numerous local attractions, The Bakers Cottages is your perfect base. With an outdoor play area, extensive private grounds and dogs welcome- we have something for everyone.

Ballykeel Farm
The Stables a two storey, three bedroomed (all en-suite) cosy cottage on a working farm. Upstairs has an open plan living room/kitchen/diner with spectacular views to Slieve Binnian. Sleeps up to six guests. The patio has plenty of seating, barbeque and chiminea with access to an open field for children or pets to run around in. All modern conveniences are included, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Wifi, Netflix and Freesat. It is perfect for a rural escape with plenty to do in the local area or just relax and enjoy the quiet. Dog friendly.
Dolly's Farm
Two newly renovated barn conversions- The Farmhouse and The Hayloft- situated on Dolly's Farm in Downpatrick. The Farmhouse sleeps up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms, open fire in the living room, TV snug, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and private outdoor hot tub. It is ideal for a group of friends or larger families.
The Hay Loft sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with kitchen, spacious living/dining area, 2 bathrooms, patio area at the rear for enjoying al fresco dining, BBQ or glass of wine. The Hayloft also has private hot tubs with panoramic views over the countryside.
Both properties can be hired for larger groups and Dolly's Farm offer package deals with breakfast and dinner included (subject to min. number of guests)

Meadow Cottage
Meadow Cottage is a beautifully appointed, dog friendly cottage set in lovely countryside with far-reaching panoramic views. Sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms- King size bed & twin bedded rooms. With a lovely, large private garden area with natural stone patio , the cottage is ideal for couples and families. Situated just three miles from Bushmills and Portrush, it is close to the Giant's Causeway and many of the North Coast's stunning beaches.

Lime Park Cottages
Six luxury stone cottages set on Lime Park estate, Armoy. Just 10 minutes from Ballycastle town and beach. Originally a thriving farmsted, the cottages have been restored to retain their historic charm. Each cottage offers it's own unique style for an unforgettable stay.

Dan's Wee Cottage is a beautifully renovated cottage situated in the foothills of Slieve Croob, County Down just a few miles from Dromara. Large open plan kitchen/ living room/ dining room with a spectacular window with views over the County Down countryside. 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests (one bedroom with ensuite and freestanding bath). The Snug with woodburning stove is a cosy spot in the centre of the cottage, an ideal place to relax. Smart TV with Netflix. 'The Loft' is a NEW 2 bedroom loft apartment located on the popular Maddybenny Campsite, just 1 mile from Portrush. Open plan living room/ dining area with views towards Portrush and the sea. gas central heating and TV/radio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a cloakroom for storage in the hall.

4 Swallow Lane
Swallow Lane is a meticulously presented boutique five star property situated just two miles from the island-town centre of Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh. The 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house sleeps 7 and boasts chic interiors in soothing natural tones, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton bed-linen, a slipper bath, 50” TV, Wi-Fi and every mod con necessary for a relaxing, luxurious stay. Beautiful country house with three bedrooms sleeping up to 7 guests in total. Rooms can be booked individually- The Bee Room, The Stag Room and Family Room (sleeps 3). Located in the countryside with rural views but just 10 minutes drive to the city centre for shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Corralea cottages are set in 16 acres of natural forest on the shores of Upper Lough Macnean. These four rustic cottages are situated within Corralea Activity Centre offering activities like canoe, SUP & Ebike hire and outdoor spa experiences. Coastguard Boathouse
Just a metre from the sea, enjoy beach for miles, explore shipwrecks and walk the coastal path. Only 15 minutes from Belfast, you can experience a city break as well as a country retreat. Great base for exploring Carrickfergus & the North Coast. Once used to catch smugglers, the boathouse has been renovated but retains many original features. Sleeps 4 adults or a family of 5. Dog friendly. With it's own slipway, this is a favourite for wild swimmers and those who enjoy water sports.
